Suan Dusit University, Lampang Center, advisor for the preparation of the Lampang Provincial Development Plan (2023 – 2027), to be used as a framework for setting directions. This includes guidelines for provincial development over the next 5 – 10 years in Lampang Province, in accordance with the development of the National Strategy, Master Plan under the National Strategy, National Economic, and Social Development Plan No. 12, National Reform Plan, Government Policy, Strategy Management: Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 and the Area Based Approach. It covers development in all dimensions, with goals comprising a master plan in 6 areas: 1) Tourism, industry, trade, and investment; 2) Agriculture; 3) Infrastructure and communication networks; 4) Social and quality of life; 5) Natural resources, the environment, and renewable energy; and 6) Security. It drives the operation through the form of a working group to formulate a master plan for Lampang Province in each aspect under the project to prepare the master plan for the development of Lampang Province over 5 years (2023 – 2027) and the preparation of the annual government action plan in 2022.
