Mr. Sarin Soikham, a second-year Communication Arts Program in Innovative Communication Arts and Entrepreneurs student at the Faculty of Management Science, was invited by the Communication Association (PERKOM) Universiti Utara Malaysia to attend the Global Communication Forum on July 24, 2021, with the topic “How communication had been the agent of change.”
