Suan Dusit University’s Human Capital Development Center Introduces an Innovative Learning Experience through “The Suan Dusit Approach: Learning Pathways to Happiness”in the Course “The Value of Happiness”

The Human Capital Development Center at Suan Dusit University has launched an innovative learning experience through the project “The Suan Dusit Approach: Learning Pathways to Happiness”, under the concept “True happiness comes from choosing what is right for you.” The course “The Value of Happiness” offers a variety of learning stations, allowing students to select activities based on their interests and switch stations every week.

For the second session of the Thursday group, held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, students participated in four engaging learning stations:

Station 1: “The Art of Dressing with Happiness and Creativity” by Ajarn Prowtheema Sriratu, held at Room 301, Dr. Sirote Pholpuntin Building

Station 2: “EMOTIONS DAY: Try, Play, Learn, and Think Positively” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattakrita Florentine, at 189 Cafe, Dr. Sirote Pholpuntin Building

Station 3: “Opening Opportunities for Happiness: OPEN MIND – OPEN WORLD” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Dangnapasorn Na Pompet, at MONSTER INC

Station 4: “BRING YOUR OWN BOOK CLUB” by Asst. Prof. Kanyakarn Sathiansukon, at ONE WORLD LIBRARY

This innovative teaching and learning approach not only focus on knowledge transfer but also fosters a joyful and engaging atmosphere through diverse activities. It encourages students to explore and create their own paths to happiness, aligning with the philosophy that the best learning experience comes from choosing what one truly enjoys.

This project marks a significant step for Suan Dusit University in developing learner-centered educational models that cater to modern students. It emphasizes the integration of happiness in learning while equipping students with essential future skills.
