Suan Dusit University Hosted AI Power-Up Workshop: Enhancing Workforce with AI Technology

Suan Dusit University organized its third AI Power-Up workshop, titled “AI-Driven Workforce,” for staff managing AI Stations at the campus’s Educational Center, Science Center, and Graduate School. The event was graced by Dr. Sawong Boonpluk, Vice President for Information Technology, who delivered the opening speech and presented the SDU OWL XI (One World Library Experience Intelligence) policy, marking the practical implementation of AI Stations.

The workshop featured Assistant Professor Dr. Uar-Aray Chantra, Assistant Director of the Information Services and Technology Office, and Dr. Sakchai Chaiyak, a faculty member of the Faculty of Education, as speakers. They provided a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, tailored for faculty and staff managing AI Stations.

Additionally, Assistant Professor Tipsuda Kidlerd, Director of the Information Services and Technology Office, participated in knowledge exchange and addressed queries related to AI technology. The workshop, conducted by the Information Services and Technology Office in collaboration with the Human Resources Division and the University Office, took place on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 09:00 to 12:00 at The Library Cafe, 2nd Floor, One World Library Building, and online via Zoom.
