Suan Dusit University SDGs Task Force Hosts First Sustainability Forum: “Sustainability in Action – SDGs in SDU’s Path to the Future”

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Task Force of Suan Dusit University organized the first Sustainability Forum, titled “Sustainability in Action: SDGs in SDU’s Path to the Future.” The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornchanit Kaew-naet, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs.

Distinguished keynote speakers shared their experiences and perspectives on sustainability, including:

  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Angkrisa Saengjamnong, Director of the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration
  • Asst. Prof. Tipsuda Khidloet, Director of the Office of Library and Information Technology Services
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Srisuda Wongwiseskul, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing
  • Dr. Chanjana Siripanwat, Manager of Suan Dusit Home Bakery
  • Dr. Pornthida Thepprasit, Director of the Environmental Center

The event was moderated by Dr. Pantharak Phukpan, Assistant to the President, and Mr. Monthon Suwanprapa, Secretary of the SDGs Task Force.

Forum Theme: “Food and Our Path to Sustainability”

  • Carbon footprint and sustainable development
  • Mindset transformation for sustainability
  • Learning support strategies

The event took place on January 30, 2025, at Activity Space 2, Student Activity Space Building (2nd Floor), and was also streamed online via ZOOM.
