The Pinnacle Leadership Program (PLP) 2nd Cohort, Session 6

First Session:

Ms. Chanapan Joonrungreungkit, Senior Vice President of Thai Summit Group, shared her experiences as a leading female in the automotive industry with near-billion-baht sales. Her topic was “Global Connectivity: How to Build and Leverage Network on a Global Scale.”

Second Session:

Dr. Benjapong Suwankiri, Deputy Managing Director of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM BANK), presented on “Disruptive Leadership.” He discussed management strategies for organizational leaders, creating new opportunities amidst global challenges, using EXIM BANK’s approach of “Daring to Develop for Thai People” as an example. This approach includes understanding real issues and hidden opportunities, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, creating a happy organization, and supporting entrepreneurs, particularly SMEs, to embrace change for broader business opportunities.

Third Session:

Dr. Somporn Siebbotwongkul, President of TIP Insurance Public Company Limited, led a discussion on “Next Generation Insurance.” The session covered various dimensions such as technology and database systems, insurance knowledge, and developing digital literacy skills for personnel in the digital age. The event took place on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at MEKHA 2 Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Grand Centre Point Hotel, Surawong.
