University Office Held Meeting on Aligning Operations with University Policies and Streamlining Departmental Coordination

Assistant Professor Dr. Pitauk Chanchareon, Acting President of Suan Dusit University, chaired a meeting focused on aligning operations with university policies and ensuring cohesive departmental coordination. The agenda included planning for the upcoming event, “Retreat: The Power of SDU – Moving Forward with Wisdom and Strength,” scheduled for September 16-17, 2024, at Suan Dusit University, Suphanburi Campus. The meeting also addressed the implementation of personnel performance evaluations using the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework. The meeting was attended by vice presidents and department heads in the 5th-floor conference room at the University Office Building on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
