Suan Dusit International Culinary School cooperated with Oishi group arranged the 3th improved employee potential training program during 4-6 June, 2013 at Suan Dusit Rajabhat university. There were various national kitchens eg. Dessert, Sushi, Japanese, Europeans, Entrée and etc. Acharn Chatchaya Raktakanit was the expert for Dessert kitchen (menus: Mont Blanc cake, Apple Strudel) while Acharn Vilairat Kornnoppaklao was the expert for Chinese kitchen (menus: steamed duck with chestnut and black pepper, Bak kut teh).
