On the opening day, June 11, 2022, from 09:00 – 12:00, we were honoured by the presence of the director of Human Resources Cooperation Development of the Bureau of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), the Vice-President for International Affairs and Customer Relations, the Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO), the faculty of SDU, distinguished guests, and 26 international participants from over 11 countries holding positions from different government agencies. At 09.00, Dr. Pornchanit Kaew-nate, Vice President for International Affairs and Customer Relations of SDU delivered the opening remarks. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yuthapong Leelakijpaisarn, Dean Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences then provided the Welcome address. The Director of HRD Cooperation Bureau of TICA, Dr. Hathaichanok Siriwattannkul was a part of delivering the opening session and presented a video about TICA activities, the mission and vision, and all the challenges from TICA for its role in the Global Community Relationship Agency. Asst. Prof. Dr. Supasiri Boonprawes as Project Director, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khacheenuj Chaovanaprichar, the Project coordinator delivered the Training Program objectives, which cover three sections: the theory section, the field trip section, and an application section, focusing particularly on the adaptation to the COVID-19 pandemic.  For the field trip section, the campuses in the different provinces of Nakornnayok, Suphanburi, and Lampang will have their respective groups on the SDU Campus to help them focus on developing their own responses and solutions to their unique situations.
